See much more about the lost tribe of Dan in the fascinating book. See more about above book here

Title: "Guardians of the Grail" by J. R. Church:

Most important I think is the question of control of Jerusalem --since most prophecies surrounded Jerusalem vs Israel. Because the Muslim WAKF control the Temple Mount - I don't think it is the same as owning the Temple Mount. Wouldn't the WAKF control be similar to say an American Company on Israeli soil? Jordan lost the Temple Mount to the Israeli's in 1967. The WAKF control of the Holy Mount is an "honorary" title until Israel decides what to do. It should have been taken over entirely by Israel in 1967, then we wouldn't of had the Arabs breaking up and removing priceless ancient artifects in their deceitful attempts to cover up. They are trying to sell the world that there was never a Jewish Temple there. Lying is par for the course for Islam!

With what 5,000,000 Jews (4.7 mil in 1997) having returned to Israel from all corners of the world--unless the lost tribes went underground --I think we have to assume that all tribes are now represented in Israel. This includes those who may have gone to German, Greece, Russia, Ireland, Rome, and Japan - per legends.

In the Apocryphal book I Maccabees there is an account about the Spartans of southern Greece claiming they were related to the Jewish people and were, in fact, the stock of Abraham. A letter from the king of the Spartans to the Jewish high priest in Jerusalem is most revealing:

"Areus, king of the Spartans, to Onias, the high priest, greetings. It has been discovered in a document concerning the Spartans and Jews that they are brothers, and are of the race of Abraham" (I Maccabees 12:20-21). The first century Historian Flavius Josephus also records this letter in his writings. Four symbols are used in the Bible concerning the Danites; a serpent, an eagle, a lion, and the bees. In the story of Samson we find the famous riddle of the bees who made honey in the carcass of a lion which had been killed by Samson. The symbolic nature of the bees could represent the concept that the descendents of the tribe of Dan would one day try to bring about the destruction of the tribe of Judah, whose symbol was the lion. Of interest, throughout the centuries, the Merovingian (European) royalty have for centuries been tied to the symbol of bees.

What does this riddle mean? Perhaps that all the great troubles the Jews have suffered (sack of Jerusalem/Temple destroyed /holocaust) are from their own countryman who even at Roman times had lost their identity (swallowed up/bees in the belly of the lion)? Boy would that be a sad finale to history...

Did the Lost tribes, or some of them land in Lebanon then to Greece, then to Rome--and perhaps some to Germany? Early History records "the people of the booths" also in Russia. I believe as Scythians or something.

What do you think?
