Hello and peace be unto all of you my good Christian brothers. I happened to stumble upon this website when searching for a few Islamic pictures, but was caught off gaurd when I saw what was written about Islam. Please allow me to enlighten all of you with information you have either misunderstood, wrongfully learned, or perhaps did not already know.

The Quran was not written 200 or even 300 years after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). It was in fact compiled in its entirety right after his death by a companion of his. During the Prophet's (pbuh) life Quranic versus and chapters were written down on peices of bone, large parts of bark from palm trees, palm tree leaves, and other such things for the people that were not able to memorize them. Most of the people, however, all had memorized the Quran in its entirety, which is why a compiled book was not made as of yet. After the Prophet's death (pbuh) his companions decided to create a full and original copy of the Quran right then and there so there wouldn't be numerous version of it. Any and all versions that were known about or found were burned. They were not different at all, except maybe a verse in one said "You must believe in God..." and another would say "You have to believe in God..." Both same exact meaning, but different wording, which the Muslims thought to be dangerous because any complication can lead to misinterpretation, which they solved from the start, thank God!

Anyway, scholars around the world today, even non-Muslim ones, all agree that the Quran has never been changed since the day it was revealed unto Muhammed (pbuh). And yes, it states numerous times that we (Muslims) MUST believe in the books that came before us which were sent down by God... which are the Torah and the Bible. But, the Quran is reffering to the untainted versions of the Torah and the Bible. As Muslims we MUST believe in these scr1ptures, because these are the teachings that started Islam. Many people do not uderstand that Islam is not a different religion. It is a completion of the Jewish and Christian religion. Judeism came first, Christianity followed, then Islam finished it all. Do you not know that all religions preach the same thing? One God; obey Him; do rightiousness; and so on and so forth. Of course there is that one big problem with Christians believing Jesus is the song of God, but hey, as it says in the Quran, chapter (Surah) 109, verse 6: "To you be your Way, and to me mine." This means you have your ways/religion and I have mine. There is no need in us entangling our differences. In the Quran it also says those of us who have not found the Sirat Al-Mustaqeem (The Straight Path) will be judged on the day of judgment by their religion. So no, if you are not a Muslim, and you have not been shown the proper or Right Path, then you will not be held accountable on That Day. You will be judged by the religion you followed, only as long as the religion was brought down by God Almighty... being Jewdeism or Christianity.

As for today's certain Muslim figures calling the Bible or the Torah bad books, this is not true. They never say they such. If we do not believe in these books, then we are not true believers, or Muslims. It is in our 7 articles of Faith that we MUST believe in ALL the books brought down by God. But, again, the ORIGINAL scr1pts, and not the tampered ones. If you truly want to understand the history of the Bible, then research the Roman era of Constantine and what he did with the Bible. To give you a piece of the story, he basically collected all the "original" copies and burned them. He gathered a counsil of preists to create a "new" Christianity with the beliefe that Jesus was the son of God. This in turn would make Jesus an imortal being which would in turn "sell" the idea of their new religion. Why you ask? Because the pegan relgion of the sun god of their time was threatened. Constantine was a smart man, kind of like a business man. He saw God's religion fastly and speedily growing, and that threatened his worship of the sun god. So, what he did was merged them. Why do you think the holy day for today's Christians is Sunday? Do you not see the SUN in the Sunday? That was the holy day of worship for the pegan sun worshipers. I'm sure you all know what a halo is, no? It is that round disk-like object that appears on top of an angel or a saint, and is usually glowing white. Well, did any of you ever wonder where that came from? Yes, from the pegan religion that Constantine worshiped, sun worship. It is the sun disk they used as the symbol for their religion. There are hundreds of amazing tidbit informational peieces I would love to mention, but I am not here to do that. I simply want to show people the truth about things, and not slander on others, even though some of you chose to do so on Islam.

Please my good brothers, research things before you talk, preach, or learn about them. It helps many stay knowledgable of the Truth and keeps many away from ignorance. I pray what I wrote here for you all has been helpful, and I in no way mean to disrupt or disturb any of your teachings. Insha' Allah (God Willing) you all stay well and strong. I bid you all fare well!

P.S.

Here are some very good Muslim sites that can teach you all very much about Islam. And by the way, the word Islam means "To submit yourself to the Will of God".
