I recently read a book by a famous 7 Day Adventist writer and lecturer named G.
Edward Reid. In it he was trashing the Roman Catholic stand against homosexuals.
Basically he said homosexuality is becoming accepted even in the churches. But
evil Rome is against it.
What's this? Rome against the grave sin of homosexuality--called by the Word of
God "an abomination" (Leviticus 18:22)? Naughty Rome for standing up
against the homosexual agenda you (Mr Reid) say?
In my earlier post I said I was half Catholic and half Protestant for the very
good reasons below. It is not Rome that is in apostasy.
Right now it is Protestant Churches who are welcoming homosexuals into their
clergy, who count many of their own ministers among the ranks of Masons, and who
are for the most part not against abortion. Whereas, the Roman Catholic Church
is against these things --and is now shaking the homosexuals/ pedophiles out of
its clergy and nunneries.
This is apostasy in the Protestant Churches happening right before our eyes
In Timothy 4:1-2 Paul says, “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the
latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits,
and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience
seared with a hot iron.”
In 2 Timothy 4:3-4 Paul says, “For the time will come when they will not endure
sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves
teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the
truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
The Roman Catholic Church certainly fits all the requirements of the First Beast (little horn) who according to Daniel's prophesy was to war with the Saints for 1260 years from 538 AD till it received its wound (Napoleon dismantled it) in 1798 AD. Since that time, except for letting its guard down and allowing homosexuals into its clergy --they really have not acted like a beast. The first beast came from the sea. The sea represents a multitude of people (Rev 17:15). So the first beast arises from a densely populated area, Europe (Vatican Rome).
NOW CONSIDER THIS
The second beast is different. It comes up as a lamb (a nation that professes to be Christian) from the land. But as you can all testify--this Christian nation is morphing right before our eyes. Think of all the Muslems coming here and building pagan altars, the New Agers, all the Mason lodges, all the Satan Covens, Spiritualists, all the pornography, abortion, renegade judges purging God, etc., etc. So the first beast arises from a densely populated area, Europe (Rome). The second beast, however arises from a sparsely populated area, since it arises from the land and not the sea. Not all that many Indians were here when we began.
THE SECOND BEAST IS A DEMOCRACY?
The first beast from the sea had crowns on it's horns, a symbol of kingly absolute authority, but the second lamb-like beast has no crowns--like a democracy! This exactly describes the United States arriving on the world scene as a world power to reckon with in the early 1800's. It began as a democratic Christian nation, and rose to power on the world scene immediately following the apparent demise of Roman of the haughty Catholic Church (the first Beast of the Dark Ages) in 1798.
Now--look at all the Protestant Churches, Lutheran, Anglican, Methodist who are beginning to become good friends with the first beast.... And he (the lamb-like beast) exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. See: Revelation 13:12
And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, See: Revelation 13:13
BENNY HINN and other charismatics are doing wonders all over the world.
Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. See: Revelation 13:14
A TAKEOVER OF THE USA:
What if suddenly the two beasts unite against the Democrats and their homosexual
and abortion agenda, and against the renegade Judges and the ACLU?
What if the current effort on the part of evangelical Christians to "take back America" succeeds
-- after making a deal with the first beast (Rome)?
Revelation may be showing us that this revival of Church and State in the U.S. will be accompanied by great wonders (miracles). The fire coming down from heaven is a deceiving miracle, a false wonder, that may well refer to a counterfeit outpouring of the Holy Spirit! Already today a false manifestation of tongues, holy laughter etc. is sweeping churches in North America! The lamb-like beast (the United States) next promotes an image to the first beast (the Roman Catholic Church).
By this "an image to the (first) beast", it means that the apostate Protestant movement in the United States will encourage the establishment of Church/State power, and legislate it's religious agenda on everyone. It will be the mirror "image" of the policies and persecutions done by the Roman Catholic Church against "the saints" of the Middle Ages.
So using false miracles (such as Benny Hinn and others) as proof of it's authority, the apostate Protestant church in the United States will take control of the government and pass religious legislation to enforce it's agenda.
Just watch and see what the outcome of these renegade judges who are purging God from America is. See if/how they get reined in. Will the Evangelists and Catholics take back America? Will it begin by the Democrats winning NO seats in the coming election?
