No, the temple mount is currently occupied by two Moslem Mosques, the Dome of the Rock which you see anytime current photos of the Temple Mount are shown and the Al Aqsa Mosque. Many believe that before any attempts to rebuild the Temple these two Mosques will need to removed. The Dome of the Rock currently sits on the very spot where both the first and second temple sat.

Interestingly, Christians and Jews and not allowed to pray on the Temple Mount, only Muslims can as it is under the care of a Muslim group and enforced by the IDF.
